Autoservizi Bizzarro S.p.A is specialized in the construction, leasing and sale of buildings and land for logistics uses in the Marcianise (Naples, Campania) hubs. Strategically located complexes with large covered spaces and outdoor surface areas to offer a full range of solutions.
OUR HISTORY
Set up in the mid 1980s based on the vision of Salvatore Bizzarro, inspired by the experience and consolidated logistics structure of his father, Floridante, the Centro Autoporto Marcianise real estate company was incorporated to build logistics facilities. The company invests in developing the Marcianise hub, building ambient and temperature controlled warehouses and increasing the surface area until reaching a total extension of 500,000 m2. In 2006 the business invested in creating the Parma hub, purchasing a strategically located 100,000 m2 site with more than 50,000 m2 of temperature controlled warehouses and 2,000 m2 of office space. In 2020, the merger of Centro Autoporto Marcianise with Autoservizi Bizzarro S.p.A.
Our vocation
To offer purpose-built real estate solutions, custom designed to meet the requirements of our clients. Not just standard plots of 5,000 to 30,000 m2, but also special projects for major infrastructure. Maintaining the correct ratio between outdoor and covered space, we can adapt surface areas and warehouses to provide precisely the space needed for each project.
Our hubs cover an area of more than 500,000 m2, with ample vehicle manoeuvring and parking spaces.
